Services Offered

My initial counseling intake is 2 or more hours. This intake is the same for the “Health and Wellness Counseling” and “Herbal Counseling”. If needed, we can split this intake into two sessions. Every concern will be considered from multiple angles. When a new issue is brought up, we may have to go back and visit topics we have already covered. I am available for long term counseling and can help provide some continuity of care when a person is seeing a variety of different medical professionals.

Wellness Counseling: Albuquerque and Virtual

• Comprehensive and holistic intake (2-3 hours).
• Available at a variety of different times.
• Long term counseling is ideal.
• Continuity of attention when a person is seeing a variety of professionals.
• Education and goal setting.

Holistic Herbal Counseling: Albuquerque and Virtual

• This augments the health and wellness counseling.
• Comprehensive and holistic intake (2-3 hours).
• Herbal education with an emphasis on current worldwide research.
• Herbal counseling requires a minimum of two sessions.
